Ticket Terms & Conditions

Bavarian Life Fest 2026 — terms of sale and entry. By purchasing a ticket you agree to the following.

1. Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Bavarian Life Fest 2026 takes place on Saturday, 12 December 2026 at MesaMall Nilai, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
2. Entry to the event grounds is free. A VIP Parking ticket reserves one parking bay for one car; an Autoshow ticket reserves one display bay in the parking bay showcase for one car, and includes one free sponsor T-shirt, collected on the day while stocks last.
3. Each ticket carries its own QR code. Show it at the parking or showcase entrance; a QR code admits one car once, and is not valid once it has been used.
4. Autoshow cars must arrive and be in their display bay by the time stated by the Organiser, and stay in place until the showcase closes, unless a marshal directs otherwise. The Organiser decides bay positions.
5. Event shirts bought online are collected at the event on the day, in the size ordered. The online price is an early-bird price; shirts bought at the venue on 12 December 2026 are RM160.
6. NO CANCELLATION, REFUND or EXCHANGE OF TICKETS is allowed once the ticket is sold.
7. Visitors may be required to provide ID for verification purposes, for example when collecting a shirt or a lucky draw prize.
8. Complimentary tickets shall not be resold or offered for sale. The Organiser of Bavarian Life Fest reserves the right to block those complimentary tickets from entry.
9. The Organiser of Bavarian Life Fest reserves the right to take action against any person who breaches any of the above terms and conditions, including removing a car from the showcase or the parking area.
10. The Organiser of Bavarian Life Fest reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on all Bavarian Life Fest online platforms immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
11. Visitors acknowledge and accept all risks associated with attending the event, including those related to travel to and from the venue, such as weather changes, traffic delays or limited parking availability.
12. Owners remain responsible for their cars and everything in them at all times. Visitors will be held liable for any damage caused to cars or items on display. Parents or guardians will be fully responsible for any damages caused by their children.
13. All visitors agree to release the ORGANISER (Lavenda Legacy) and MesaMall Nilai, Exhibitors, Sponsors, Partners, Agents from any liability regardless of whether injury or loss occurs before, during or after the Event.
14. Please note that all transactions made via credit card, debit card, or FPX will appear as “V-CIRCLE PAY”, our trusted payment gateway partner, on your bank statement.
